Earlier in my career, I managed and scaled 10+ projects across industries,  I have designed, built, and launched products, including dashboards worth over $20 million in the past year, leveraging data and business analytics.

​At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, I supervised a team if 12+Engineers, designers, QA Analyst and Product Managers across Asia, UK  and Europe teams, delivering product feature development from conception to delivery within 9 months. 

During my tenure at frog, I led a reduced product launch and on-boarding timelines by 49% after prioritizing backlogs and new features with engineers.  I led the successful launch of an innovative hearing aid app, recognized as "The Best Innovative App of 2023" achieving 1Million downloads in record time.

I Conducted voice-of-customer interviews with over 200 B2B and B2C customers, leading to the creation of two minimum viable products (MVPs) and implementing 250+ product improvements . ​​
