MyPhonak is a B2C SaaS platform, that offers free, easy-to-use smartphone app, for individuals with hearing impairments. It addresses challenges and operation inefficiencies, empowering you to take control of your hearing, promotes well-being, and fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.

Our mission is to bridge the gap for individuals with hearing challenges, enabling them to fully experience and appreciate the richness of every sound around them. Recognizing that every hearing need is unique, our app offers a seamless, technology-driven platform designed for exceptional sound quality.

Problem Statement

Hearing care professionals (service providers) , often face challenges such as limited visibility, manual processes for support, appointments, payments, user guides, new user onboarding and service requests, and a lack of tool for business growth. On the other hand,  Acoustics Trailblazer (clients) struggles to find a reliable professionals and hearing care partners. Phonak  is designed to solve these problems.

Solution and Key Features

   The myPhonak app provides a holistic, user-controlled solution for optimizing the hearing experience with smooth, intuitive control, customization, and connectivity for Phonak hearing devices. With its intuitive interface, the app puts the user in charge of their settings, tracks their health data, and keeps them connected with their audiologists, in real time.

   By leveraging the most up-to-date technology, the app delivers optimal sound quality, simple adjustments, and remote care, with the result being a truly personalized and convenient experience for the user.
